At present, most prototypes on the market are generally made by CNC machining centers, and input into CNC machining centers with 3D programming for processing, or laser rapid prototyping. Most of the materials are photosensitive resin, which is accumulated layer by layer under the action of light with high precision.
Now most of the prototypes are CNC machining centers. The detailed production process is as follows:
1. Programming: The programmer analyzes the 3D data and writes the programming language to control the CNC machining center;
2. CNC prototype processing: input the compiled program language into the computer control processing center, and execute the program commands;
3. Manual processing: sort out the processed products. The main contents include: proofreading data, removing burrs, bonding, polishing, etc.;
Fourth, surface treatment: complete various surface effects in the renderings, commonly used for painting, silk screen, electroplating, special laser carving, anodizing, wire drawing, etc.;
5. Assembling: After processing, data detection is performed on assembly problems, and trial assembly is required before surface treatment;
Sixth, packaging: product packaging after final product inspection;
