Four important links of CNC machining prototype model
1. Rough machining. Rough machining is mainly to remove most of the machining allowance on each surface, so that the shape and size of the blank are close to the finished product. The characteristics of this stage are the use of high-power machine tools, selection of larger cutting children, as far as possible to increase productivity and reduce tool wear.
2. Semi-finishing. Semi-finishing is to complete the processing of the secondary surface and prepare for the finishing of the main surface.
3. Finishing. Finishing is the processing to ensure that the main surface meets the pattern requirements.
4. Finishing processing. Finishing is a surface that requires high surface roughness and machining accuracy, and it needs to be finished. Generally, this stage cannot be used to improve the position accuracy of parts.
